Gerardo M. DelGado
Mr. DelGado loves practicing law as much as he loves providing superior client satisfaction. Mr. DelGado is more than a lawyer. He is a counselor, he is a supporter and a friend. He is fully conscious of the stress, nervousness and anxiousness that individuals feel because of when facing legal issues. Mr. DelGado goes above and beyond to make all of his clients feel at ease. Mr. DelGado recognizes that every client is different and has unique legal needs. Thus, he does not use a one-size-fits-all approach, but rather an individualized approach specifically tailored to meet his clients’ legal needs. Mr. DelGado has NEVER had a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petition denied or dismissed. He has represented clients before the Western District of Virginia and Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Courts.
Prior to founding Amable Law PLLC, Mr. DelGado worked as an associate for two years at the Solomon Law Group, a prominent Winchester-based law firm. While working at the Solomon Law Group, Mr. DelGado handled Chapter 7 bankruptcies, divorce, custody and personal injury cases arising in the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. Prior to working at the Solomon Law Group, Mr. DelGado worked at the Legal Aid Justice Center where he handled employment law cases which involved filing lawsuits against employers for failure to pay overtime wages pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act and Virginia Labor law.
When Mr. DelGado isn’t working, his penchants consist of exercising, spending time with family and his dog Jack, traveling extensively, and participating at philanthropic events. Mr. DelGado is a Winchester resident. He is a proud Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite of the Southern Jurisdiction of the District of Columbia.

Miriam deeply believes in welcoming everyone that comes in with a warm and pleasant smile. She is the face of Amable Law PLLC. Miriam understands the stress and anxiety people experience when facing various legal issues and always goes the extra mile to assist clients.
Miriam has extensive experience in customer satisfaction which she developed at her previous jobs. Prior to working at Amable Law PLLC she worked at a doctor’s office in Alexandria, Virginia for two years. There she dealt with hundreds of patients on a daily basis and was responsible for answering phones, checking patients in and out and interpreting for the doctors. Miriam also worked for a tax preparing office in Manassas, Virginia where she was in charge of greeting clients, assisting them to fill out different forms, answering phones and interpreting.
Miriam graduated from Potomac Senior High School in Dumfries, Virginia and will be pursuing a paralegal degree from Lord Fairfax Community College in the fall of 2016.
When Miriam isn’t working her penchants consist of spending with her husband and 2 year old daughter and traveling. Miriam is a resident of Frederick County.

Nancy has served in the Marine Corps for over 4 years. She is also a Criminology and Human Services BA graduate of Lynchburg College. She has always had a great passion to help people. She is thrilled to start her career as a Paralegal at Amable Law PPLC.
She’s been fortunate enough to study abroad during her college years in Brazil. She explains how rewarding her experience was learning abroad about Brazil’s crime rates and working with Crianca Esperanca, a Brazilian non-governmental organization (NGO) supported by UNESCO, to include service learning through volunteer work with poor and underprivileged children in a favela (shantytown) in Rio de Janeiro.
She has interned with the Sexual Assault Response Program in Lynchburg, Virginia. She provided crisis-intervention and to court accompaniment. In addition, she interned with The Samaritan House of Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence Victims. She focused in providing support and case management to victims.
When Nancy isn’t working her time consists in traveling and hiking. She also enjoys volunteering at local animal shelters as she has an unlimited love for animals.
Nancy is a resident of Loudoun County.
